ORDER:

As per the proceedings (1) read above dated 18.07.2011, the Vice-Chancellor was pleased to grant certain concessions in credits for promotion into III and IV year B.Tech classes.  The students of R09 Regulations admitted during 2009 have entered into IV year during this academic year.

Under the circumstances as stated above, the Vice-Chancellor is pleased to extend the same concessions in credits for promotion to III and IV Year B.Tech. classes as given below.  The concessions are granted only for the academic year 2012-2013, subject to the ratification by Academic Senate and Executive Council.

Following are the details of credits required for the students who got admitted into B.Tech during academic years from 2005-2006 to 2010-2011.

The Principals are hereby permitted to promote the candidates to III and IV years, who secured the required credits, by considering the concessions granted in promotion rules, as given above after the declaration of results of supplementary examinations.

The Principals are requested to prepare the Final List of Detained Candidates.  The List of Roll numbers in the excel file (Template is kept in the EDEP portal) shall be uploaded to the examination Portal on or before 01.08.2012.  The uploaded excel file is to be named as <colcode>_shortageofcredits.zip.  (Example: if College code is E7, file should be zipped as E7_shortageofcredits.zip and upload it).
